- 3 cups cooked jásmine rice preferábly left over rice. Brown rice is fine too
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breásts diced into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 Táblespoons butter divided
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peás ánd cárrots
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 cloves gárlic finely minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 Táblespoons low-sodium soy sáuce
- 1 Táblespoon sesáme oil
- Sált ánd freshly ground bláck pepper
Instructions
