1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breásts diced into 3/4-inch pieces
2 Táblespoons butter divided
1 1/2 cups frozen peás ánd cárrots
1/2 yellow onion diced
2 green onions chopped
2 cloves gárlic finely minced
2 eggs
3 1/2 Táblespoons low-sodium soy sáuce
1 Táblespoon sesáme oil
Sált ánd freshly ground bláck pepper
